Xylid 250mg (antibiotic) โ 30 min BEFORE meal. Empty stomach required for absorption.
All others โ AFTER meal. Reduces stomach upset.

โ ๏ธ Warning Signs (Contact Doctor If)
- Fever above 38ยฐC that doesn't respond to Paracetamol
- Heavy bleeding (soaking more than 1 pad/hour for 2+ hours)
- Severe abdominal pain not relieved by painkillers
- Wound redness, swelling, or pus discharge
- Persistent nausea/vomiting preventing eating/drinking
- Difficulty breathing or chest pain (call 999 immediately)
- Leg pain, swelling, or redness (blood clot warning)
- Severe diarrhea from antibiotics (might need different antibiotic)
- Rash, hives, or swelling of face (allergic reaction)
