- AI Firm content stays in #ai-firm-2027
- Delete old categories (MDP & TBP, BotBot Biz, Briefings, COP-TBP Project Paper)
- Post a "New Structure" announcement in #general with the tree
- Pin the 3 root threads (one in each forum) for easy navigation
